We have a passion to provide treatment and service to anyone looking for something different. Something outside the standard box of physical therapy care. We use a hands-on approach to improve alignment and mobility as well as to retrain the body to move the way it was meant to. We provide holistic individualized treatment programs that look at the person as a whole rather than a body part. We believe you can move better, more freely, and without pain, to live the life you want!

We have a special focus on treating the pregnant body for birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and return to activity. We want to help you have the best birth possible through education and hands on training. We strive to provide quality post-partum care that is tailored to your needs and goals, because you deserve it!  ​ ​
